Sigang District is the traffic hub between Tainan City and the north gate area. Provincial Highway 19 runs through the north and south of this area. The north of Jiali district is about five minutes drive away, and 20 minutes drive south through Sigang Bridge is where the Tainan business district is situated. Tainan County Road 173, acting as the main road, runs east to west, connecting Madou District to the east and Cigu to the west, leading to the Zengwun River estuary wetland scenic area.
The Blue route bus arrives at the Tainan central business district in approximately 30 minutes. Six minutes away heading north, the Jiali District bus transfer station is where one can take the Orange route bus to Yujing District, and then the Brown route bus to Sinying District.
